Thank you for speaking at TechSummit 2026! We look forward to welcoming you in Amsterdam.

To ensure your experience and session goes smoothly, we’ve prepared the following guidelines for your review. Additionally, we kindly request the form below to be completed as we require further information and consent from you.

Guidelines

Relevant content
Reminder that all talks should be non-commercial and have a technical focus that resonates with the technical audience of this event. Sales pitches are not allowed.

Talk length
Sessions are in English, 30 minutes long, including a 5-minute Q&A. Please ensure to keep within your timeslot.

The start time of your presentation will be communicated via email.

Presentation
These are the following requirements for your slides:

16:9 widescreen, PPT format
Any videos must be embedded in the slide
Credit sources for content that is not your own
Do not use any language that will be offensive to the audience

Please send your final presentation to info@techsummit.io by September 25 for testing and set up.

You do not need to bring a laptop to the event. We will have your deck loaded and ready for your session. However, if you prefer to use your own laptop, you are welcome to.

Day of the event – before your session
Please arrive 15 min before your scheduled session time. You will be informed of your time and location in advance.

Dress code
Casual.

Room & technical set-up
The room will be set up theatre style. Your session will include a large screen, podium, wireless microphone and clicker. If you have any questions or have accessibility or additional technical requirements (such as a wheelchair ramp, tall chair/stool at the podium), please reach out to info@techsummit.io.

Recording of the session
We would like to record your session for attendees to revisit your talk or for those who cannot attend. Please indicate in the form if we can record your full presentation for communication purposes.
